Kerry's Story
Life
Hello....my life in a nutshell. I stayed in Lethbridge for a couple of years after graduation. I moved to Cranbrook, BC in 1990 to go to college. I met a "dumb boy" and married him. I have been married for 14 years and have a beautiful 3 year old daughter. At first I didn't really like the idea of living in a small town, but over the years it has become my home. This area has a lot to offer, and we take advantage of all the wonderful lakes and golf courses surrounding us. We enjoy traveling, so basically we work to pay bills and plan our next trip.

College

Workplace
My work experience.....I worked at the Westside Value Drug Mart for 4 years or so. I worked at a Daycare and as a telemarketer (sorry). I didn't work while I was in school, but after I worked in Lethbrige for awhile. I was engaged at the time and wanted to be closer to Cranbrook, so I took a job in Creston, BC and commuted for a year. Finally, I got a job in Cranbrook. I started working as a Dental Assistant in 1993 and still work at the same place. I work in an Orthodontic office and love it. I have also done odd jobs over the years.....at a Bingo Hall and my husband managed the Dairy Queen at the time, so of course I worked there to. Now I don't work as much and can't believe I worked all the time back then...I think it was easier when I was younger. I have been extremely lucky to have found a great place to work and have made many friendships over the years that have survived moves, and kids.
