School
To be honest there are a lot of things that I do not miss about Worthington Christian High School, but there are some things that I do. I miss the friends that I have not kept in touch with and I miss some of the teachers, especially Bob Bechtel. I found out that Bob passed away a little while ago and my heart was absolutely broken- he was such a great person and a positive role model to all of us fortunate enough to know him. Hopefully, I will be able to reconect with some of my long lost friends later this year at our 20 year high school class reunion- can you really believe that it has been that long???

Some of you might think I am nuts, but I am already looking forward to going back to Marion Military Institute in 2008 for our 20 year reunion.

Military
From an early age I knew that I wanted to be a soldier and since I boarded that plane the morning after high school graduation I have been living that life. For 17 years I served as a traditional citizen soldier, before being called to serve with the 4th Infantry Division in Operation Iraqi Freedom in 2003. in 2005, following the devastation caused by Hurricane Katrina, I deployed as part of Task Force Buckeye, to southern Mississippi, in support of Operation Vigilant Response. Today I am working as part of the Ohio Battle Staff Training Team assisting units in the Ohio Army National Guard to support the United States Military Objectives through participation in America's Armed Forces.
