Kevin's Story
Life
To start with,the morning after Graduation my family and I drove to Bedford,TX.I started school at Tarrant County Junior College and atteneded for 3 semesters,I then started working 2 jobs(Delta Airlines during the evening and Crank-It-Up Car audio during the day)hence no time for school. I then moved in 90'to Big Spring,TX,where I went to work for Big Spring Correctional Center as an Officer overseeing the Inmate population.After babysitting criminals for a few years I moved to Ruidoso,NM in 95'and went to work for a local stereo shop for several years.Then in 98' I decided to start driving 18 wheelers and went to work for MS Carriers in Memphis,TN,that was a fun job,seeing the whole country every other week or so.Then in 01'the owner of the stereo shop I formerly worked for in Ruidoso,NM then contacted me and said he was ready to retire, so a good friend of mine who also worked for him and I went in together and bought the business.All was going well until we realized how much money the former owner was actually putting into the ...Expand for more
store out if his own pocket and how little it really made,(long story short),I lost all my investments that I had cashed in to buy the business and ended up walking away from it with nothing but debts that I'm still paying on today(oh well,chaulk it up to a learning experience)05'. I then went back to school at U.T.I. in Phoenix,AZ for an Automotive Technician associates degree.I have the degree and now realize I hate working on broke cars,it's much nicer to upgrade and modify vehicles than to fix a ticking sound coming from somewhere under the hood(lol).So I then moved back to Ruidoso,NM and started driving trucks for a local construction company.Now(updated 4-16-08)I live in Midland,Tx, I am working as a heavy equipment operator in the oilfield,working for an outfit called Outlaw Enterprises.Now during all this time I have had many relationships but none I wanted to pursue into marriage, I have no children at this time.Until something else happens , thats it . cya
