Kim Gillander:  

Life I've been living in Elma, Wa. for the better part of my adult life. I work at Elma High School in the kitchen. I've become a lunch lady and I love it. I have 2 kids. Mike is 30 now and has a daughter Jessica who's 8. That makes me a grandma. Mike is engaged to be married in May of 07 to a great gal named Erin. She has a 7 year old son named Joshua. Both Mike and Erin work in Aberdeen. My daughter, Katy is 17 and is a junior at the high school where I work. Some days she likes that I'm there and some days she don't. It's those don't days that I'm glad that I'm there. She's an avid fast- pitch player, on the school team and played on a competitive team for several years. She also loves baseball. I dare anyone to talk players, teams and stats with her. I am married to the love of my life. Nick and I met in Yakima in 94, fell in love, lived together for 12 years.
