Life
Widow (Shelby Strother SHS 1964), two children, Tom 38, Ken deceased 2002. Retired high school administrator.I continue to live in New Orleans and Satellite Beach.
I enjoy travel, bikes, blues and beaches, and music festivals same as always!!!! Have attended New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Fest since 1974, I go to Pocono's Blues Fest, King Biscuit Blues Fest, and all local music fest which in New Orleans is about every weekend. Lived in Detroit area for a while and got to go to all the Motown Revue shows. Attended Allman Bro's Wanee Fest every year until this year since they have disbanded. ls. Really enjoy a mix of music, from Blues to Bluegrass, Funk, soul, old R & B, country. Have been fortunate to do much traveling so have large network of friends nationwide that I just adore. Very family orientated. Never want to let go of friendships. I try to keep smiling and laughing.

My son Tom married his high school sweetheart, Becky in 2010. They live in Michigan, outside Detroit, which allows me to visit my old friends there more often.
Latest news, now a grandmother to twins, Aidan and Kalee, born July 20 and 21, 2015. Just celebrated my 6th year of my second chance on life after a liver transplant in 2009. Life is more beautiful everyday.
