Life You know a hell of a lot of time has passed since I walked out of the doors of BHS. That was really a hard time - high school was a hard time. I had always been a very shy girl and afraid of my own shadow. In junior high I had to hide behind a facade I created to get through it. Then in high school, well, I always felt very lucky to meet Bill. He was my lover, my friend and my protector. We went to four proms together and I wouldn't trade a single moment of them. What I remember of school is just struggling to get the grades so I could party. I just didn't have the interest to pursue the classes I needed to prep me for college and no one ever said, hey, get it together. You have a future waiting for you and you need to make your own money so you can survive. I couldn't afford college like a lot of my friends so I set my goals low.
