Kimberly's Story

I said that my favorite indoor activity was shopping. Yes it is true that I can spend hours shopping, but one of my favorite jobs is secret shopping. I actually get paid for something that I love to do. A lot of people have never heard of secret shopping. Many stores and companies want to check up on their employees to make sure that they are treating the customers as they should, so they have secret shoppers come in, who act as normal shoppers and then report their shopping experience to this company. I actually work for over 50 of these companies and have secret shopped clothing stores, banks, movie theaters, parking lots and more. Not a bad job for a girl who loves to shop. Here s a story of how my husband and I met. Quite a few years ago I was a switchboard operator and ER Registration clerk in a hospital. Mike(now my husband) was a OR Nurse and also worked as a nurse in ER and ICU. We quickly became friends. I am a diabetic and at that time my sugar was out of control. As a result of that, I had a detached retna and had to have major eye surgery. Mike canceled his plans for that night and sat with me along with my Mom and Dad for 4 hours while I was in surgery. Ever sice that day we have been together. He is the love of my life. He is my sole mate. We dated for 10 years and have been married for 5 years. Mike and I have so much in common. We love to travel and have gone on several cruises. We are int...Expand for more
erested in the same things and have so much fun together. We owned a medical auditing company at one time which was a success. Mike and I lived in Ft. Myers, Florida for many years and then moved to Texas when Mike's ex and his son moved there. He wanted to live close to his 16 year old son. We now live about a half hour away from San Antonio where Mike's son lives and we pick him up on the weekends and he stays with is during holidays and during the summer. Everyone remembers there first love. I will never forget my first love. His name was Mike Wadner. When I moved from Wisconsin in my Junior year in High school, I went to school at Pinellas Park High in Florida. At first we lived in a very nice mobile home park. Only one street over from where we lived was where Mike Wadner lived. His parents and my parents soon became good friends and so did we. Mike and I went to high school together and started dating. He graduated one year ahead of me. I remember looking at my school year book. Everyone that signed it said, good luck with your marriage to Mike and you and Mike make such a good couple. Well, one day before my graduation, Mike and I broke up. Mike went on to Embry Riddle college and became a pilot. We saw each other a few times after that. I always look for him on classmates. He has not registered yet. The last I knew, he was married and had a child. I would love to just reconnect and see what he is up to.
