Kimberly's Story

Life I have been very busy since I moved to Iowa 5 years ago, and finally finishing my BS in Biology. Took me awhile but there is life after having children. As of this date I still have only the 2 boys 12 years and 6 years old, and not planning anymore. Life is calm out here in corn and cow country, very nice, perfect for raising children. I have become the person I never was in school, studious..:) It is amazing how priorities change after a certain age. If you were to have talked with me 5-10 years ago I would have said the best thing in life was being a stay at home mom. Now I would have to say it would have to be being mom of course but having a successful career also makes it more rewarding for me. Between work, school and my children I stay very active, but still refuse to buy a mini van...:) There are a number of people I would love ...Expand for more

It was a difficult time for me and my two kids, but it has been a year now and they are doing great and we are getting back to our normal routine's.Sometimes you just go on living and you don't realize how short life can be, so I have taken on a stance of live, and enjoy life, to the best of your ability. I don't want to have to look back and wish I would have lived differently, or wish I would have experianced more. My kids and I have had alot of fun and we have grown closer. Life for me is good again.
