Life
I'm still in GC. Someday I'll get out of this place...but who knows when.
I didn't go to college because I was bored to death of school. Instead I had a pretty good time jumping from job to job and learning all kinds of cool stuff. I worked for a couple of banks, and an investment firm, a mortgage company, an auto financing company, the US Postal Service, TWA, and I finally ended up where I am now...American Water. I'm an accountant. Yes, even people who get D's in Geometry can get a pretty swell job in accounting in the "real world." Fortunately, I'm only busy doing real work about half the time. line, editing funny pictures of my coworkers, and updating my blog every once in a while.
I don't get a chance to sing, outside of my car, anymore...and I miss it like crazy. The last time I sang in public was a karaoke performance of "You've Lost That Lovin' Feelin'" at my company's Christmas party. Yikes.
I dated Travis Boyer for about 8 years, but I wound up marrying his brother James in February 2003. We had our first, and ONLY child, Nicholas, in July 2003...you can do the math.
That's about it...unfortunately, I don't have much else going on. Raising a 5-year old is taxing enough! I would love to hear from anyone out there!!
