Kimberly's Story
Life
Since High School I have done many many things. In 1990 I got married, only to be divorced 3 years later. We didn't have any kids, just happy and sad memories with each other. During that time I went to work for Continental Airlines as a flight attendant. Flying was great and very exciting. It was the time of my life then. I then had the opportunity to travel all over the United States and explore new areas that I probably would've never had the opportunity to do so. I flew for Continental for a year when I was in an inflight accident. The accident took me out of comission and in and out of numerous Dr.'s and physical and occupational therapy for 8 years. During that time I did retail for many years. I ended up moving out to Indiana and attending Dental School, where I graduated with a degree in Dental Assisting. With that in tow, I moved back to Washington and went to work in the Orthodontic field. Washington wasn't exactly where I wanted to be, so with that seed set in my mind, I ended up moving to Arizona. I visited Arizona several times getting a place to live and a job lined up with an Orthodontist before making the move. When I finally got down there, I knew that I was where I always knew that I need to be. For the next 4 years I worked, explored the state of Arizona and played in the sun! I loved every moment of it. In October of 2003 I had to move back to Washington to be near my family. My grandmother was failing from Alzhiemers and my mother needed help. ne more move back to Washington. When I got back to Washington, I took about 2 months off to get things back under control and went back to work in January of 2004 in Oral Surgey. What an exciting, facinating field to be in. I made the cross over the the Administrative side and currently my title is Treatment Coordinator. Although, I do all of the treatment coordination, I also do all of the insurance, schedueling and training and I'm second in comand of three offices. I haven't been re-married and I don't have any children, except for my animals....if that counts. I am currently involved with a wonderful guy, who's name is Jason. He treats me like a queen, although we have talked of getting married, there isn't any engagement yet or any plans being made. It took me along time to find "that special someone" and I think that he just might be the "one". We spend most our free time in the San Juan Islands, where he dives and I just take in the Island life. We have friends who own the Island Dive Shop there, so when we get the chance to make it up there, we go. In 2007 we are planning a trip to Japan to visit my brother and his family, and do some diving. We are both excitied and are counting the days for when that time gets here. I am living in Everett, WA. now. Planning on being here for the duration now, unless an opportunity comes up where we can move Jason's business to a tropical place and do exporting and inporting. Nothing has come up yet....still waiting though! For now, I'm just going along as the day takes me. Loving and living life!
