Kristin's Story
Life
Let's see.... I left the valley in December 1993 and came to Washington State- I love it here! I remarried and raised my boys from my first marriage here. Joe is 23 (August 2008) and graduated from the Great Lakes Naval Base basic training and is serving in Yokosuka, Japan until July 2010. Nate is 20 and googoo over the girls.. He is working full time and is just like his mamma! We are lucky to have what we do together.
My husband Clay and I are aquatic farmers (we own an oyster farm) on the Hood Canal here in WA and have a vacation/retirement home there on a large piece of property. When Clay is not working for IsoRay Medical (he is Manager of RadioIsotopes and Facilities with them working on medical isotopes for the treatment of prostate, ocular and other tumorous cancers) we are making plans to go check on things.

d did that for about 5 years (I worked with mentally and physically impaired children) until our program was cut and I chose to stay home. This must have been in the big plan for me because I ended up delving deeper into the 12 step program I have been a member of for many years now. I have been blessed in working with others and remained a respected member of my community. My hobbies today are odd.. I have this little sewing gig and make all sorts of things and do many craft projects as well as transcribe old school annuals and yearbooks for fellow genealogist. It is not a cheap hobby but I like it. It keeps my quiet life simple, thats a real gift for me.
