Kristin's Story
Life
My Pets
We raise show poodles (toys, miniatures and standards, mostly black)and have about 12 unless we have puppies - got up to 22 at one time. The three cats are for mouse and vole control in outbuildings and gardens. The goats (very cute) are assigned weed removal around fence lines. They keep us busy.
My Job
After spending the last ten years as administrator of and early intervention program for children with disabilities in the Washington DC suburbs, I am now very happy as a staff physical therapist working...Expand for more
with families and children in the rural Shenandoah valley in western Virginia.
2012 I have been retired for 2 years and spend as much time as possible traveling in our 30' motor home. In the summer of 2009 we drove from Virginia to the Napa Valley to settle my aunt's estate. From there we went to Mendicino to visit with my brother (Jerry, Class of 57) and then on to Oregon and Washington to visit friends. After visiting Yellowstone, Glacier and the Grand Tetons we drove home to finish our 6 week, 7,000 mile adventure!
