Kristin's Story
Life
I am married (8 years) to Joe Walker and we have two sons, Justin (a senior this year at SHS) and Nick (a junior at SHS). Joe is Canadian, so nope - you don't know him from anywhere! We married in Niagara Falls, Ontario and lived in the Toronto suburbs for 6 years, returning to Arkansas due to an illness in the family. We ended up buying a home in Sheridan (my parents now own the local newspaper...don't shoot us if your name's been in the police reports). We will be here for a couple of years and then we are gone back 'home' to Canada.

We miss the winters. We miss the Aurora. We miss camping with no snakes, ticks, chiggers (Joe didn't even know what chiggers were), etc.
Also, Joe thinks he is melting down here. We put those big cubes of ice in the pool this summer.
I had a massive wreck back in March but am walking again (finally). It has been a rough recovery. I won't be running or rock climbing anymore (leg injuries) but hey, I can walk.
