Kristina's Story
Life
My life biography I was born in Janesville, WI. Then my family moved to North Canton, OH where I eventually attended pre-school. We then moved to Indianapolis, IN where I attended kindergarten-2nd grade. I lived in Greenville, SC for 3rd-7th grades. And then I lived in Lancaster, PA where I went to 7th-12th grades graduating from Hempfield High School in 1997.
After high school, I attended Philadelphia College of Pharmacy and Science (PCPS) where I was a physical therapy major. In the summer of 1998 my family moved to Toledo, OH. While there over the summer I worked at a local tennis club. During my second year at PCPS, I played on the tennis team and joined Alpha Phi Omega Service Fraternity. The fall of 1999 I attended UT as a mechanical engineering major. I joined Phi Sigma Rho National Sorority, which was a large part of my college years. I also worked at a tennis club for a couple of years. I did my co-ops for mechanical engineering at Dana Corp. In the spring of 2003 my parents returned stateside, however that wasnt for long as they then moved to Niagara-on-the-lake, Canada. I graduated with my BSME in December of 2003. I then attended grad school for ME in the spring.
I started working for the US Army in August 2004. I moved to Texarkana, TX and recieved my Masters degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Arkansas. I currently live in Corpus Christi, TX and I am a Safety Engineer for the Army. Well, I guess that is my life in a nutshell!
