Kristine's Story

Life No kids, live with two absolutely fabulous roomates and cats. Love the cats. I have never been married, but not giving up hope. I have gone into the theatre business. I karaoke to keep my vocal chords active. I am also still rather localish. I can't seem to find a reason to leave the Bay Area and more reasons to stay School I will be honest and say that Greg Siwek has always been my hero and my biggest crush. I had plenty of smaller ones, but he was the greatest guy I have ever met. Mr. Regnier inspired me not to give up and go the easy route. He never let up on me in Algebra even when I was close to failing and he never let me give up. If I could do one thing over again, I would have gotten to know more of my yearmates better. My craziest moments included beating up Justin Stokes in the cafeteria and Madrigals. The most embarrasing moment was getting picked up and placed...Expand for more
into a trash can by my freshman friends when I was a senior. I got back at them later though, showing up with my arms wrapped up due to blistering poison oak.. Workplace I have done many things. I worked in the San Jose State theatre department doing set construction then lighting. I followed that with a few months in a warehouse as a shipping clerk. After that I worked for San Jose REp as an electrician followed by box office support. After that I worked for 3 years with Christmas in the Park. When that got depressing, I ended up in retail for 5 years, running 2 different stores. OOOOh loved the Godiva chocolate, disliked clothing. never could sell the stuff. I managed the last place for 6 months before they hired a new store manager and she fired me. Now I am back where I belong with Theatreworks, based in Menlo Park. I am happier because I am home. and that is it in a nut shell.
