kris's Story

After high school I went to Whitewater and got my degree In Elementary and Special Education. I began teaching in Janesville when I was 21 yrs old. I married someone I met in college and we lived on Whitewater Lake. I continued teaching and driving. I got my Master's Degree in teaching children with Learning Disabilities in 1983. I have continued to teach in Janes...Expand for more
ville and have taught in 4 different schools. I HAVE taught 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, and 5th grades and 8 years of Special Education. I love teaching 4th grade which I still do. I moved to Janesville and bought my own home in 2000. My husband did not wish to live here so I left him behind. I am happy, love my job, the students are awesome, and I guess my life is too.
