Larry's Story
Hey, It's Michael Fraley, even tho it says Larry. Larry is my first name.
I graduated from college (University of Kentucky) and medical school (University of Louisville.) In the meantime, I got married and had a beautiful daughter along the way. I did an internship and finally a residency in anesthesiology, both at The Ohio State University.
I returned to the Ashland, KY area, and practiced there for 12 1/2 years. The last 7 years was spent doing mostly cardiac anesthesia. I really felt burned out! S...Expand for more
o, I moved to Maine (in the western Mountains) and practiced in a tiny community hospital that served the resort areas. I then moved to Vermont for several years, then back to Maine (this time on the coast near Acadia National Park/ Bar Harbor.) I am now the Chief of Anesthesia at a wonderful hospital here, working with an amazing group of people.
I hope to hear from some of the people that I went to school with. I was a big dork, back then! (I still am!) But being a dork is cool now! HAHA!
