Life
Hi everyone! Though I didn't finish my degree and become a teacher I am very involved in the public school system as a volunteer and tutor. After moving to Florida in 1983 I met my future husband, Leroy, at the "Roller Palace". We married on May 5, 1984. We have three children, Kevin (17), Michael(15)and Brianna(13). Kevin decided to go for his GED this year instead of continuing high school next year. Michael is going into tenth grade and studying production techniques. I've been working for the post office here in Tampa, FL since March of 1987 and spend most of my free time volunteering in the Media Center or Tutoring students at my children's schools. I was Volunteer of the Year at my daughter's school for the 2001-2002 school year.
At the time that this bio was written I had spent 18 wonderful years with my husband. Sadly, on July 7, 2002 Leroy had a major stroke affecting his brain stem and he passed away on August 8th. Your prayers are greatly appreciated as we deal with this tragedy.
