Laurie's Story
I can't believe High School was so long ago.
I am currently working at Progressive Insurance Company in Colorado Springs in the IT department as a Quality Assurance Analyst. I have been with Progressive for over 10 years and it has been a good company to work for.
I am married to a wonderful man, Matt. We have been married for almost 10 years. He is also in the IT field. He is a Software Engineer and works for a small software firm.
I have one son, Ian, who is currently going to UCCS. He has is Associates Degree in Radio and TV Broadcasting, and currently pursuing a BA in Film....Expand for more
He may become a famous movie director someday, who knows.
I have a step-daughter, Brittany who went to the University of Hawaii for her first 3 semesters of college. She was home sick, so she came home and is going to UCCS and pursuing a degree in Environmental Studies. I think she wants to be Forest or a park ranger, this week anyway.
I have a step-son, Nick. He is pursuing a degree in Criminal Justice and would like to become a Police Officer.
Life couldn't be any better. I love God and my family.
