Lawrence's Story
Life
After high school, I went to Boston University for four years, and then went on to law school at New York Law School in Manhattan. I worked for a firm in New York City from 1989 to 1996, when I decided to open my own law offices based primarily in Bergen County. I handle a lot of litigation matters, including some intense product liability and wrongful death cases,as well as run of the mill personal injury cases, real estate, and estate planning (wills/trusts) matters. I followed in my mom's footsteps (she is now a Judge). Thats a sign of a liberated society. I'm married to Leslie, who I met at my first job, and I have a fifteen year old daughter Jessica from my first marriage. I live in Wyckoff, and maintain my office in Closter. We have a 3 year old dog, a Shetland Sheepdog (Sheltie)named Spunky. I have different hobbies than in high school for the most part, although I've just started playing ice hockey...Expand for more
again. I play a lot of golf, love to travel, and go to a lot of sporting events. I also love fantasy football and baseball, running two leagues and participating in others. I'm a big sports fan, particularly the Miami Dolphins and New York Yankees. In high school I was into stickball, music, concerts, ice hockey/ice skating, and card collecting. I still am good friends with Tony Romagnino, we were both in each other's wedding party. Lost a good high school friend in Paul Dahlstrom a few years back, though we weren't as close in his last years as we were in high school. My daughter is going to Ramapo High School . I remember hating Ramapo when I played ice hockey against them, and when our football and basketball teams played against them. My brother Dave, class of 1987, is living in San Diego. I look forward to hearing from some of my high school friends, and those that I said hello to or nodded to in the hall.
