I doubt anyone will remember me but here is a little reminder. I attend Hostos from 1993-1996. I was in the HOE program (yes, to this day that name is still pretty funny). Of course if anyone remembers, that program was for those students who wanted to pursue a career in the medical field. As we all know, life always tends to steer us in a completely different direction from what we have originally planned. Fortunately, I have chosen to follow my passion for history and will be graduating from Fordham University with a BA in American History. I plan on continuing my education further and strive to obtain a Ph.D. and hopefu...Expand for more

Now for all those reading this I hope that life has treated you all well and that the goals and dreams that you all dreamt about while walking the small halls of our (then) one floor high school have all come true. Hostos was unlike other schools. We were fortunate to attend without the violence we now see in today's high school. I cherish those times (good AND bad) and I have thought of many of you throughout the years.
