Life
after high school, I did some traveling, went to college,joined the Navy in 75'spent 13 years in the military,and worked as a safety inspector at Bath Iron Works, building destroyers, until 92, finally got homesick and moved back to calif. for a year with my two sons, and waited for my husband to retire from the Navy. we then moved to Washington and live there at this time..learning about being a grandmother now,and the empty nest,,my oldest son Shaun is in the Army Reserves and is in Georgia at this time, my youngest Garrett got out of the Navy and ...Expand for more
is in Virginia Beach attending AIM School to be a jet mech on commercial airlines, and hopes to transfer back home to washington when he graduates, my husband was recalled to do flying for the military again..so this is another one of those life changes..I went from military wervice to managing a breakfast and lunch program at an elementary school in Kirkland, Wa. and love the K-6th grade.In my spare time I am busy with the American Legion,and Veteran asst.by being a Service Officer.would like to hear from classmates
