Linda's Story
Life
I have a masters degree in English as of August 2007 and teach English at Ferris State University. I have a bachelors degree in journalism.
I spent over 15 years as a journalist writing for newspapers, magazines and web sites. I made the career switch in 2006. Before teaching at Ferris, I taught a Kirtland Community College, Davenport University and Baker College Online.

n four years, and I never would have guessed that about me back in high school. I'm a dot-com. As in LindaSherwood-dot-com, and I keep a blog there. I live in a town smaller than Grayling, and my kids are growing up as Houghton Lake Bobcats.
One of my favorite hobbies is creating web sites. I handcode using Notepad, HTML and CSS after developing the "look" in Photoshop. I'm pretty active online and enjoy teaching online college courses. I also enjoy digital photography.
