Linda's Story
Life
Started working fresh out of Highschool. Thanks Mrs. Robinson for BOP class. Opted out of college, call of working world to great. Have been with Union Pacific Railroad since 1970, met lots of Roosevelt grads that haved worked here also. Married in 1973 to a Clackamas high school boy, had one child. We are golfaholics and we travel quite a lot to hit the links. Been to Scotland and England, Hawaii all the time - which is my favorite place to golf. Have not made it to any class reunions, even cousin is always bugging me to attend. Maybe some day. Looking forward to retiring in 2011, hope to do Scotland and Ireland at that time.

out him, but I have carried on. Lots of friends that have helped me . I retired with 41 years of service with the Union Pacific Railroad this June 30th 2011. I have a lot of wonderful friends that are keeping me very busy, I love to travel, golf, movies, and shows. I never turn down invites and loved going to our 40th high school reunion. I was in Italy in October of 2010 for two weeks and hope to return within the next year or two. But my next adventure I hope is going to see Costa Rica. I want to get back to Europe , but have had issues with knee replacement and also need to get hip redone, but I keep on trucking. Getting old sort of sucks, but it is just this body , not the mind. Hope to meet someone that would like to travel and golf.
