Life
Hi guys,
If you don't remember me, chances are I don't remember you either, but hi anyway. Well, 1965 is a long time ago if you ask me. Not much has happened to me since then, but then in a way, there has been a whole lot of stuff. The summer after graduation, I spent in Indiana and Illinois, with relative and had a great time. When I came home, the first thing I did was try to get a job. Opps! Was that a wrong thing to do. And I thought I was so smart! Huh! So I ended up in Business School where I spent almost a whole year. I did finally get a job with a bank and loan in downtown Denver. So on and so on through the years, you know, job, marriage, kids, divorce, illness, grandchildren, you know, all that crap! Ok, Ok. It wasn't all bad. I have 2 beautiful girls, 36 and 30. And I have 4 gorgeous grandkids, 16, 13, almost 10, and almost 6. One girl, 16, and 3 boys. My daughter, Cara 30, and her 3 boys and I all live together in a rented house here in Northglenn. Home again, at last, so to speak! I've lived all over from N.G. to Illinois, to Lakewood, to N.G. (Home) again. A few stops in between, but feel much better now that I'm "home". 'm still recovering, everyday. I was not paralized which is very lucky because my youngest daughter was still in H.S. and still at home. I am almost 60 now and if I had to do it all over again, I do think I'd change a few things, but not many. As far as my work history, I have worked for insurnace copies, but most recently I worked for Colorado government for 8 years and then for Federal Government for about the last 5 years before my storke from which I retired. As few years ago, I actually was in contact with my best friend from h.s. and her brother, my sweetheart. I have since lost contact, by unknown reasons, but made more memories. It is fun have my daughter living with me. We do a lot of things together that we never got to do years before. Our favorite thing to do is go to the Dollar Tree! Any shopping will do though! Well, I guess I kind of summed everything up in this area, so don't have anything else to add in the rest of the areas, I don't think. Feel free to email me at anythime. Always home.
