Linda's Story
I'm still interested in music and bands. I was an LPN for several years. I married my best friend in 1969 Forrest Burnett and lived near Beckley until last year 2007 when I moved to Huntington, WV. I had two children a son Steven, (with a masters in music )and a daughter Erin. I have two grandchildren, both from Erin, Sydney 13, and Alex almost 3.
Our life has been hectic, my husband "Bernie" has had two kidney transplants and we did home hemo-dialysis for about 5 years. Like many of you and your families who remember Viet Nam and are also still dealing with the effects of agent orange.
I am still to chinchy to pay for this site, what can i say.

ys wanted to be a nurse when I grew up. My family and friends thought that was a stupid idea. As it turns out, they were right. I didn't think the math would be possible for me, but I did work as an LPN for several years, and thankfully got the math right.
I wasn't stuck up as many thought, I was so bashful! Any of you like that? I got over it. HAHA
If I had a do over, I would have listened to Brenda Rivers, when she said "there's this guy I want you to meet," Turns out I met him by myself, knew him 3 months when we got married in l969. He's still the best! Only in America can BlueHawks marry Flying Eagles, and produce Tigers. Am I right? Go Blue Hawks!
