Lisa's Story
Lisa's schools include Harbor High School. I met my soulmate in Denver and we married two weeks later, because from the first day we were like old friends, oh and he and I had an all night intelligent conversation. It has already been 10 years now and we are beginning to live life on our terms. I got kicked into high gear this past year on diet/lifestyle changes, type 2 diabetes. 6 months after diagnosis I am all of 120 lbs, wear a size 6! and take a 5 or 6 mile hike once a week. I have never felt better in my life. I have successfully battled depression, chronic pain, ptsd, and exhaustion, and now Am telling the World that Food is Medicine; Cannabis cures what ails you, and a healthy body comes from a healthy environment, a healthy mind comes from within.
We are building a tiny home on a shoestring, and plan on homesteading. I will be blogging and posting progress as I sincerely wish to form a nonprofit dedicated to helping people to helping themselves-The Big Hearts Tiny homes Project-ending homelessness and hopelessness one home at a time.

tly studious in school-trying to not show how geek I was, and alien I felt-Honestly Girls just don't talk about what I still love today-the pursuit of knowledge, writing, and science fact and fiction-No I was not shy, I am an introvert-learning to share my very own universe with others-encourage some more girl geeks. Besides-what good is wisdom if it is never shared with another.
Been down some bad road-with real bright high points-my children, my hubby and his family and the gift of time, finally to resolve my self. If you are interested I Facebook, and have a website: Aracasil.com-It will be changing a lot sometime soon; as I begin the tiny home blog, and am going to be writing some books about how amazing transformations and healing are achievable with real food. After all, I never believed I would wear a size 6, let alone walk 5 miles pain free on a regular basis. Most of the change is of mind, the body follows.
Still short, wearing glasses, have brown hair and eyes, and reading everything I can. Life taught me everything I asked of it-and universe still holds me in rapt fascination.
