Life
Hi all,
Lost my login a few months ago. So signing back up.
Right now my life is super busy , but a good busy. I am finally getting in touch with my creative side. I am producing and directing my first documentary on the early house music scene. During the day I hold down a day job as a senior manager at an advertising agency. Although was hesitant to go back into the corporate world, the reality is its hard for an artist or anyone for that matter to live in New York.
The job allows me to pay for my film equipment etc..and of course pay for my rent(laughing )I am now living in Greenpoint /Williamsburg area of Brooklyn, surrounded by other artists who allow me to get in touch with my creative side.
I also handle publicity for a theatre group in Brooklyn, who will be performing their first play in mid July.

personal front, not married & no kids(yet), too hard to manage that(laughing) while managing everything else. Although have been involved in a long term relationship with my boyfriend, so feels like I married.
My other interests when Im not working on the film, is going to concerts. I love all types of music, such as indie rock, old school hip hop, house music, electronica in all forms( minimal techno, drum and bass) , love 70's funk, punk, 80's new wave, etc. Not too mch I dont enjoy.
Im also like to travel alot , Europe and Asia being my favorite place. I lived in Australia briefly with my ex boyfriend.Really enjoyed it but was too far away:-)
My life is consumed these day with filmmaking and learning the documentary craft, learning how to tell a story. Im self taught and learned film by working with other directors..
