Been in both marketing and cooking for half of my life. I have an MBA in Marketing and Finance and a Culinary Degree from the French Culinary Institute in New York. I can make the product and market it too!
After owning two restaurants and taking a break for the last few years, I am now full swing back into food and marketing. Currently working as Farmers Market Manager at Los Angeles Mission College and bringing food emphasis to the market and working on the possibility of teaching pastry classes. Doing food marketing for small food companies as well.
