Workplace
After graduating from college I started work as a librarian at the Derby Public Library, becoming Head Librarian 5 years later. I remained there until 1986 when I began work as the Medical Librarian at Griffin Hospital. I moved to Florida and worked briefly as the Director of the Medical Library at Lee Memorial Hospital. ars before moving to Library Administration as Community Relations Specialist. Two years later I was appointed Manager of Public Services for the Lee County Library System. I retired in June of 1997 when I married my husband Vincent Leta. I now do library consulting work on a part time basis and am thoroughly enjoying the time my husband and I spend together.
