Hello all!! Since graduation in 1967, I attended the University of Minnesota in 1973 and found that I enjoyed writing and took up my first classes in journalism. When I returned to Guam in 1974, I finished my bachelor of arts degree in communications. From 1980 to about 1988, I worked for various publications including the Pacific Daily News as a reporter and chief copy editor. ant editor for TV Guam. After all this, I became much involved in growing orchids and changed my profession to become a orchid retailer. This gave me the opportunity to travel about a dozen times to Bangkok, Thailand to purchase a variety of orchids and exotic plants. Now, in my 60's, I just relish the time I spend in my garden. And, most importantly, I get to be with the man I married 45 years ago. Albert San Agustin and I have a son and a daughter-in-law.
