Lucia's Story
Life
Since writing the information below, a few things have changed. Bob and I moved to Florida in 2010. I miss my children and grandchildren (the number is now up to 8)but the weather is great and we love our easier life style. Bob and I will celebrate our 42nd wedding anniversary at the end of this month (May 31, 2011). My youngest daughter was married in Sept of 2009, and is very happy. My son who lives in Maine now has 5 children, (4 boys and 1 girl). Another daughter still lives in southwest Mass with her fiance, 3 children and 1 stepchild.
I've been sorry to learn we've lost a lot of our classmates, including some of my closest friends. It's hard to believe we're all in our 60's now! It doesn't seem so long ago when we were preparing for the big game against Aquinas

children and eight grandchildren. We work together in our own business, which is a management consulting firm specializing in financial institutions, banks and law enforcement agencies. I live on Cape Cod, which is one of the most beautiful places in this country to reside. My oldest daughter and two of my grandchildren live 20 minutes away; my second oldest daughter and three of my grandchildren live within 40 minutes of my husband and I. My son lives with his wife and two children in Maine, about 3 hours from me. My youngest daughter is a single career woman who lives only 10 minutes away. I consider myself very blessed with family, friends and a wonderful environment in which to live.
An update: For those who graduated in 1968 with my sister, Joette Gullo Coughlin, I must sadly inform you that she passed away on June 9, 2011 due to complications stemming from her 45 year battle with Type 1 diabetes. She leaves her husband Gary, who took care of her throughout her long illness.
