Life Chip and I have moved again and are now living in Miami, FL with Patricia. Of the other seven, Chipper and Miranda are in Ohio with their 4 yr old, Marisa; Janet and Alex have new orders and are moving to Oklahoma with their 6 yr old son, Andrew and 4 yr old son, Anthony; James is working in London, Allen will remain in Jacksonville to finish his MBA, Greg is living in our home in Gulf Breeze and Mark and Christopher are living together in Tallahassee while attending FSU. A recurrance of my cancer just before we left Chile had me back taking Chemotherapy with a fairly new drug, HERCEPTIN, that I tolerated very well. The Herceptin took care of the recurrance and after an additional 18 months of treatment as a preventative measure, I am delighted to report that my doctor in Tallahassee said it's time for a break....so no more drugs, just regular check-ups. In fact I was doing so well that he gave me the go ahead to join Janet and her team in Philadelphia in October for the 3 day, 60 mile walk in support of breast cancer research. In March we took one more huge step...the surgeon removed my chemo port. Many thanks for your continuing prayers and messages of encouragement, I am only scheduled annual check-ups now! Update Life story..2015. For those that haven't heard, after a short 6 week fight with cancer, Chip passed away April 26, 2012. Our children have been a great help to me as my cancer also returned the same day that Chip was diagnosed. I am still fighting, but also keeping plenty busy...with 8 kids, 4 spouses and five grandkids scattered litteraly around the world! Chipper is still in Ohio and sees his daughter as often as he can; Janet and Alex, with Andrew and Anthony are still in OK; most of us went to England in Jan 2013 to see James marry Mai and I was able to return in Aug 2014 when CEM 4 was born (baby Eddie, born July 2014) obviously they are still in England; Allen is on a temp assignment in the Bahamas (don't get to excited...he is not on a vacation or honeymoon, but is working 10 hr days helping renovate about 70 hotels down there...he hopes to be back in the states by Aug, but not sure yet where he is going; Gregory got married to Raena in April 2014 and they had their son, Emerson Thomas Moes, Dec 2014; Mark has the most recent changes...he accepted a promotion in Waycroess, GA as one of their asst store managers, shortly there after, he got engaged to Catherine but waited for her to finish nursing school before they got married May 9, 2015, they are now living in Valdosta, GA; Christopher is living in St. Petersburg, FL and following in his dad's footsteps is taking Actuarial exams; Patricia graduated from JPII Catholic High School and went on to attend 2 years at Spring Hill College in Mobile, AL but in looking for a larger venue, is returning to what she considers home, Tallahassee, FL to attend FSU in Aug.
