Luciano's Story
School
High school was really excellent. Even though in my years cardinal newman was one of the last all male schools it was great when we got together for Carnival with the other one-sex school. The GIRLS from Holy Names. Hey, baby bring them on. Good souvenirs with Donna, Lina and the rest of the gang.
I really enjoyed Mr. Permell as a teacher "Empty Barrels make the most noise". Who can forget Legare and Csonka!!! I really remember Okolowsky, man did we drive him crazy and I really fondly remember (smiling right now) Tamburino and his antics in french class. "La peche" and the retoric from his teacher (Mr Giangi)"espece d'id...Expand for more
iot".
Workplace
As soon as I got my BComm I started working for Zellers. Moving up from store management trainee to store manager, then in the home office as planner, buyer and the last job there was Senior Buyer of the largest volume Fashion department, where I won a record 3 years in a row as best performance over plan for the whole Hudson Bay Corporation. When they decided to move to Toranna I figured is was a good time to change career after 16 year. I joined Chateau Lingerie, a manufacturer, and worked there 2 years. I finally joined Reitmans Canada as Director: Planning and Inventory Control for the Penningtons Division.
