Life Greetings, I could, and some say I should, write a book. Born in California, I lived in Torrance until I was 6. The next 6 years were spent in Phoenix. Then I returned to Southern California. I left Covina, California spring of 68, my junior year, for a life on the road, powered by my thumb and a lot of nice people with cars. Spent Summers in Mt Shasta, Winters in Joshua Tree, and some time in San Fran. My future husband built us a house on Wheelers Ranch, Sonoma County. Most everyone we knew there moved to Humbolt, we decided to try Hawaii instead. Watched the first space walk at a friends in Washington, then flew to Hawaii and got married. Darn, I missed Woodstock. While in Hawaii my ex's lung collapsed and we headed back to Northern Cal. From there we went to Oregon for 2 years, then back to the desert of Joshua Tree, Cal. Divorced in '74 while living in Campo, Ca.(San Diego County) Met the new love of my life out in Joshua Tree. We're now going on 30+ years together. After many long strange trips, I ended up in Wyoming working as an equipment operator in the coal mines for Kerr McGee and Exxon. An on the job injury put an end to this career, so I took the GED test and went back to college. Discovered I liked computers more than the actual classes. I build my own and fix them for others.
