Marc's Story
Life
I am retired Major from the US Army after serving 20 years. I was awarded the Bronze Star Medal while serving in Iraq 1991. I worked for the US Army Corps of Engineers in Wiesbaden, Germany from 2001 to 2005. I moved back to the good old USA in Jan 2006. I am currently working in Atlanta, GA for the US Army Corps of Engineers as a Program Manager. I live in Peachtree City, GA. I am on the road about 1 week per month. I departed Rhode Island in January 1980 and have never moved back. My wife and I lover to travel and visited many countries in Europe: France, Czech Republic, Turkey, Spain, Poland, Germany, Austria, Belgium, Romania and Hungary.
I have just completed two years of graduate schooling at George Washington University through the Engineering Department and now have Graduate Certificate in Emergency Management. This education assist me with my work with FEMA Region IV during hurricanes and other disasters.
