Life
My Life
I completed my doctorate degree in business administration on November 3, 2016. I began my new full-time teaching career at Texas A&M-Commerce last January. Barbara and I will be celebrating our 37th anniversary in April. She retired from AT&T after a 38-year career there.
My Sons
My older son, Chris, graduated from Texas Tech University with a B.S. in EE and an MBA and is now working at the AT&T headquarters in Dallas. He and his wife, Danielle, had our first grandchild back in 2017. My younger son, Jonathan, graduated from University of Texas-San Antonio with a B.A. in Finance and works for BBVA Compass Bank. He and his wife, Helen, were married in 2017. Both sons live in the Dallas area.

I get to work in some golf when I'm not too busy with something else.
After three years, I recently stepped down as a member of the board for our local Boy Scout council. Waiting to see what comes next. Received my Silver Beaver award a several years ago. Selected for the Founders Award for my work with the Order of the Arrow.
I'm serving on the board of advisers for the Computer Science Department at my alma mater, the Missouri University of Science and Technology (formerly UMR).
Other Thoughts
Came through prostate cancer surgery in 2010. Reminds you of what is really important. I miss St. Louis and all of my old friends. Enjoyed getting together with everyone at our 45th. Looking forward to the next one.
