Marek's Story
Life
After HS I went to Brandeis University. I
interned at the Boston Museum of Science for
3 summers and worked on software to track
Earth orbiting satellites and to do image
processing using video cameras. Which has
produced 2 peer review papers as well as
several magazine articles and a visit from the
NSA.
I became a UNIX system administraor at
Houghton...Expand for more
Mifflin Company in Sept '97 and left
in Feb '01.
I am now running my own company named
Portents, LLC which does Mac, Windows, and
Palm software.
I am also working with the Dexter school in
Brookline to help utilize their new 24" robotic
observatory which will be completed in late
2001/early 2002 and continueing the work I
started at the Museum of Science.
