Maria's Story
Hey everyone! I just joined today (5/29) just to see who's out there. What a surprise to see the 30 Yr Reunion coming up! Just reading the names on here...brings back memories. I left Jersey City in 1992 after working in Manhattan for several years for Shearson Lehman. Left NJ to marry a Texan. Have since divorced (no kids, just 2 cats!) and I'm still in the Big D(allas) area. I've been here for 15 yrs. Time flies. I work in the IT (Information Technology) field at Bank of America as a programmer analyst (lots of troubleshooting!). I'm still a yankee at heart! ...Expand for more
Update: It was GREAT to see everyone at the reunion this past September! I was so glad I could make it (for the first time). I hope that we all can keep in touch and maybe have another get together sometime soon!
For Fun: I like to travel when I can. I go to Aruba almost every year on (a much-needed) vacation. I like gardening, reading, painting (oil/water color), photography and making jewelry (check out my site at beadedbeautyoftx.com), browsing estate sales and flea markets (one TX-sized one called First Monday Trade days), going to auctions.
