Raised in the Tays Projects by single Mom. Went to Beall, Jeff Intermediate and TJHS. Went to TWC but graduated from UTEP (thanks to Mr. Haskins). rned to El Paso to raise Diego Mario and later Elena Angelika. Diego went to DePaul in Chicago met his future wife and stayed. Elena went to UT Austin and decided not to return to El Paso. Lupe and I moved to Silver Spring, MD. I have practiced privately for 21 years and with the Federal Government almost 15 years.
