Mark's Story
I was born in Providence RI and moved to Holden, Massachusetts when I was 6 months old. I graduated from Wachusett Regional HS in 1965 and joined the Navy in October of that year. I then went to UMass Amherst and did my Junior Year Abroad the University of Freiburg in Germany in 1971-72. After one more year in Amherst I moved to Cambridge and then taught music for 3 years in Wellesley, and then in Worcester. I started selling personal computers in Fairfield in 1983 at Walker's Office Supplies. I then moved back east and worked at Sherman Howe Computer Centers in Newton and then at BusinessLand in Framingham. I moved to Worcester in the late 80s to work at Software and Systems, Inc and also started playing music with a group called SloGrass. In 1994, I married my wife, Deb. Sean was born in 1995 and we moved to Holden in 1996. Austin was born in 1997 and Caterina was born in 2002.
