Mark's Story

I'm currently living Mountain Home, Arkansas. Since Naperville Central High School, I attended College of DuPage. Joined the Army (260th MP Headquarters and Headquarter Company of the 83rd Ordinance Battalion, 8th Army, Korea. As a Courier I traveled in country) On the day I left for the service my parents moved to New Jersey and that’s where I mustard out.. Went to College in New Jersey but couldn’t stand the people so I returned to Illinois, found a job at USPS, and took the extremely long route at NIU. Amazing life. Had horses, goats, ferrets, pidgins, chickens lots of different animals, rode Western, English, and Stunt. On every other weekend I would take "Kille...Expand for more
r" my Quarter horse to the bird sanctuary off of 75th st., to run the jumps at a gallop. This was her idea not mine. Worked for my uncle on his ranch in Arizona for a brief period and learned what a Cowboy breakfast is from actual Cowboys. Back to Naperville and worked at a Law Firm in Chicago. Started to ride bicycles and took a second job at the bicycle shop on Jackson to support my habit. Formed the first Naperville bicycle club. Rode everywhere. For two summers we took the train to Denver and rode back. Met Pam and have created more stories than a decade of Readers Digests. Currently in Mtn. Home Arkansas so if your in the neighborhood give us a shout.
