More about Mark:"Accidentally discovered the true meaning of life and the universe while traveling the world by thumb during the summer of 1971. Unfortunately, I forgot to write it down.

I only use bacon grease or pure lard for frying and fry everything. No sauteing or baking. Smoking is OK too, and occasionally steam cook.
