Marla's Story
I run my family home childcare and tutoring club of seven years, The Homework Club, to help other single women and their children succeed. I run my company out of my 100 year old home where I have spent 25 years raising my two children, Shelby, now 21, and Casey, now 18. I did it! I started out to be an accountant, ended up being a systems analyst/systems technologist for computers, and now turned teacher. With an AS in Computer Information Sciences, a BS in Information Technology, and MA in Education, I now have a Multiple Subject Credential in the state of California.
