Marsha (Rusty)'s Story

20/2 During my military schooling in Millington, Tenn. I met and married my first husband Randy Carr we have a son Bob who is the light of my life.. He lives in Rosyln VA and is about to be married at almost 30. I re-married in 2003 (and I said that I would never get married again) to a great guy. I have 4 step-children who I care for a great deal and am lucky to have them. I also (by default) have 3 grandchildren. But was told that after Bob and Meredith get married their plans are to be pregnant the following year. He should get out of school by then. He is transferring his credits over to George Mason and will have a Bachelors Degree in accounting. I moved down to Palm Coast, Florida (which is half way between St Augustine and Daytona) It's great! I get the sun, the beaches, the Daytona 500.The best of all is Bike week and Biketoberfest. I have a 2004 1200 custon harley with sreaming eagle package and boy does that baby hall! I er mean drives slowly and safely down the road. I am in the Red knights Motorcycle Club (retired and military ) firefighters organization and travel all around Florida and go to a lot of poker runs (for the people who don't know what that means, a charitable run for a cause in which you collect a card at each stop along the run and whoever getsthe best poker hand gets part of a money pot. If you haven't been to one try your local Motorbike shopnearest you , you don't need a bike to attend. We sponsor one each year for the Children's Burn center in Orlando. If any of you want to come down for either bike week or Octoberfest with a bike send me an email and we will see what we...Expand for more

So he is now CPA. He makes me so proud.. I hope their are plans for a reunion coming up so we all can attend before we allllll die. (just kidding) School My biggest crush and also the teacher that inspired me the most was Mr Slosky my English teacher in my freshman year. I wish he could know just how important he was in making me push to be all I could be. He alway's told me "I see potential, if only you would apply yourself. Well here's to you Mr. Slosky ! Thanks fer teachin me all yer nolagable skils in englush and spellin. I shuren am luky to hav nome ya Love to ya scooter.!!! I rember Jane LLoyd and Laura Lamonthe the most since we went to school all the way back since 1st grade. RIGHT Laura... Military Well when I finally started to grow up, In 1972 I joined the Navy. This was a long tradition of my family. I went to school in Millington, Tennessee met my first husband Randy and was immediately sent to Guam to help with the end of the Vietnam-era war. I was in a new rate for women as Aviation Ordnance. One of only a few females in that rate. So I had to fight all the way to be treated equally. I was in the Navy times once or twice with Randy as very few or no one else was stationed as a couple. After spending two tour of duties there, I was sent to Navy Operations along the Potomac River on the MD side until I was discharged from the Navy.
