I spend a lot of time with them whenever I can. My husband & I are pretty much retired, so we have a lot of spare time,,for fishing (his passion) and camping (my passion),,,or occasionally traveling,,we've been on cruises, trips to Vegas some, but I love home , too! Pretty much what's happenend to me! One tragedy, my dad died , in 2002, from a very horrible and incurrable cancer, (mesothelioma)'caused from working in asbestos. That was my Dad's craft,,,insulating. That was a very dark time in my life and still is sometimes, but thank God , I stilll have my Mom,,,busy and kicking like always!! (she's 81). I 'd love to hear about some of the people from Whittier!
