Life
Hello, Mary here in hot sticky Florida. I moved here in 1992 with my Mom so we could be close to my brother Fran, and my nephew Nicholas. I work at a medical center doing Central Scheduling. I schedule all diagnostic testing and pretesting for surgical procedures.
I started here in 1992 then left in 1997 to pursue a career working onboard cruise ships. Yes I was Karaoke Queen hostess and if you were in my room YOU SANG, if I had to drag you and your chair too. Well I was cruise staff and we were the activities staff onboard to make you drink and have a great time. So Yup I got paid to schmooze with you and drink with you and well do what I do best TALK and SHOP.. then I met my husband onboard. he s from Honduras and after a year we decided to get married and be normal on land. in 2000 and we were married Sept 4 2000. We will be married for 6 years this Sept. He is onboard the The Pride of Aloha in Hawaii til Sept 4th when he comes home for vacay for 6 wks. He Island hops dirty job someone has to do it right? Well I had Gastric Bypass wt loss surgery and ive lost 112 pounds and still going I will get there. So Im here in Florida, Port Richey 40 mi north of Tampa working back at my scheduling job, but Im the Lead scheduler now, I like what I do and I miss the ships but I have to be the stable one with the land job til my husband isnt on ships any more the good thing...I can see a downpayment on a home thats our goal! so Ill put up with it awhile..Take care everyone hope to hear from you..!!
