its hard to believe that it was in 1972 that i gaduated from cordova senior high school!!! i live in washington state been here for 30 years..i am a full time paid resident professional firefighter/emt-paramedic...a divored/widow(go figure) have 3 daughters and a son...the youngest 2 daughters are twins... have 6 grandchildren....and i did the best that i could taking care and raising them by myself... im proud of my kids even though the silver hairs they gave me speak volumes.... im thankful i can still laugh and live to tell about it...... i apologize for not being able to respond to anybody since i found this link.....i cannot afford to be a subscriber at this point in time due to a recent change of ircumstances..... the firefighters union that i b elong to has recently given our enire firedepartment a heads up that we are facing a critical budget cut and preparations and actions are being implimented....so i will be moving out of my living quarters (permantly)..i was on paid active duty working 240 hours a month( that is being on paid duty .working 10(24 hour shifts) with 48 hours off inbetween..... i grossed $3,200.00 every month.. the budget cut had reduced my rank and statis from full time career/professional ff... to volunteer status and r...Expand for more
