1996 - Graduated Port Washington High School (Activities - Cheerleading, Theater, Soccer, and what was the weird math/engineering competition?) 2001 - Graduated Marquette University with a BS in Biomechanical Engineering and minors in Biology and Chemistry - While there attended the Les Aspin Center for Government and interned at the FDA - Co-oped at IGC Medical Advances - designing RF coils and accessories Fall 2001 Started my Ph.D. program! g and Medical College of Wisconsin Department of Biophysics - studied the visual cortex function of brain injured patients with fMRI and psychophysics -read alot, studied alot, learned alot of engineering, physics and signal processing August 31, 2007 - successfully defended my Ph.D. Dissertation Sept 2007 to Sept 2008 PostDoc at University of Rochester Center for Visual Science - Did research on video games and vision October 2008 -Embarking on a new journey in life and deciding which path will be the best to take, hopefully moving some where warm!
