Life
Hi, am Mary Katheren Stewart. After graduating from Fairfield, I went to St. Vincent School of Nursing and graduated as an RN in 1969. I worked at St Vincent for 15 years (1984). At that time, I decided to marry my good friend from Erlangen, Germany, Peter Prinz. We had been friends for 10 years and we finally decided to marry and he moved to Alabama. e traveled with her to California to watch her march in the Rose Bowel Parade and this year she will be going to the Hawaii with the band.
I am now working at Brookwood Medical Center where I have been for 21 years. My husband and I live in Edgewood where I plan to be forever. My husband is Director of Space One Eleven, an Arts Organization in Birmingham, where we work with at risk children.
I love genealogy. That has become my passion. I love to look for old cemeteries and track down my ancestors. I have met many wonderful people by doing this.
